Ordering Process
We fabricate all of our lifts to order and can ship most lifts within 2 weeks of order and receipt of payment. Although we do have standard sizes, the majority of our lifts are fabricated in modified sizes due to the significant dimensional variation between television manufacturers. In order to quote specific lift dimensions and freight charges, we need the specific television dimensions (W x H x D). We do not charge for modest modifications to tailor a lift to your specific television. However, we do charge for major modifications to travel, load capacity, etc. based upon the degree of modification.
Although we only sell to the trade (A/V companies, contractors, architects, cabinet makers, furniture manufacturers, designers, etc.), we do not have a formal procedure to set up dealers. Most of our customers purchase a few lifts per year in custom sizes. Therefore, we ask for either company check or credit card at time of order. Our typical transaction is as follows:

Customer emails or calls with quote request for a specific style of lift. TV dimensions are provided as well as shipping address for freight quote.

LIFT-TECH generates quote including freight within the hour for lift sized to accommodate the TV.

Customer calls, emails, mails, or faxes order to LIFT-TECH. Credit card information is provided or check is mailed. LIFT-TECH also needs all of the customer’s contact information if not already provided.

Once payment is received, LIFT-TECH sends an Order Confirmation via email or fax. Confirmation includes estimated shipping date which is usually within 2 weeks.

LIFT-TECH begins fabrication and ships on scheduled date unless customer is notified otherwise.
